I haven't been here for a while

...so I haven't read anything about the growth of the church lately.

Does anyone have statistics on the growth?
New members?
Children born to members?

I seem to see a lot of consolidation, but maybe that's just in older areas. Maybe there's a lot of growth in the suburbs.

How about overseas?

Who knows about these things?

I don't follow what that operation is doing either but i did have a friend tell me in the last month that people are leaving the religion like never before. He doesn't even go to church and he has heard about the drastic decrease in membership so people are leaving apparently more than before.
