I wonder what the Q15's response would be, to explain the $100B?

There is an unfortunate circumstance that currently exists: There has been no word from ghawd on whom to help! They just can't start handing out money, willy-nilly! They have to know beyond the shadow of a doubt that ghawd wants the possibly needy person to have some of that money.

And how much do they give a person? Only ghawd knows the True Answer to that question, and so far, he ain't sayin'!

There is no way they want to take a chance here. It's got to be done correctly! Because once they start ladling out cups of money, everyone will 'need' some of that largess!

The yammering of beseeching voices will drown out all the attempts to give talks in April and October. Because the minute there is one person to whom all the rest can point and exclaim, "You gave HIM some money!!", it'll be all over. The church will either go broke or lose 87.3333% of its membership.

Il Papa is 'elected' by the college of cardinals. There's the famous "white smoke v. black smoke" part of the process. When they take a vote, but there isn't a winner, they burn a Negro or a very dark Lamanite (like me) and it makes black smoke, which lets the world know, "No Winner!"

When they finally do have a winner, they burn the ballots, which are on printed on white paper and the smoke produced is white, and everyone watching says, "Wow, that Negro person, or dark Lamanite who was slated to be burned sure lucked out!", and there will be an interview on Tele-Italia during which the lucky guy who didn't get burned describes how much he loves the new Pope.

Imagine how interesting things would have been if the Holy Roman Catholic Church had used, ab initio, the same process followed by the mormon cult since the death of Brigham Young, wherein the payaso with the oldest ordination date becomes capo di tutti capo.

Mixing that practice with the Borgias and the Machiavellians would have seen 11 and 12-year-old Popes, back in the day, as old guy after old guy died of food poisoning or trying to learn to fly off of three and four-story buildings...

This kind of money is just ripe for the picking. What if various persons or parties have been embezzling from it? Whom would Ensign Peak go to for redress? Filing a criminal complaint would have revealed the fortune's existence. Stealing from Ensign would be like robbing from the Mafia--except the Mafia has their own enforcement agency.

As we go "tut-tut!" about those greedy Mormons, we have to admit there's a lot we don't know, and never will. That $100B could be much smaller or larger than we know, or even non-existent. It could be as simple as a massive slush fund for the creme-de-la-creme of LDS royalty.

For a stake (pun intended) in a fortune that size, I could easily fake a testimony!
