Does anyone know if this guy is/was mormon?

If what he did is true, then he should (but won't) get the death penalty.

Can't say for sure. They haven't even arrested him.

A "position of trust"? They news media gave his name, and photos, but no occupation, so my question is, Who is the media trying to protect? A dental group (inconscious victims, and look at the guy's teeth), a hospital, a school district, or a cult? Why isn't he in prison? Maybe he has relatives in high places.

Well, it's likely he will be spending some time in jail, since he has been formally charged with criminal activity, which list he helped compile.

There seems to be no plan to put him on trial. The DA's office will offer the judge the agreed upon list of admitted violations, along with a proposed penalty and the judge will either rubber stamp it or use his/her power to 'judge' for him or herself.

It's the possibility of civil actions that will possibly tell us more, based on the co-defendants.
