Why so long?

Because the temple rituals, not weekly sacrament meeting feeds the guilt to keep paying tithing.

Think about it.

Anybody can now bless and pass the sacrament within his/her own home (despite objections from local priesthood leaders).

Now, any endowed member can walk around his/her home and practice the silly handshakes without paying tithing. It's a matter of time when members realize their lives are JUST as blessed/cursed without being enslaved by church meetings and temple rituals.

Kind of shocking to think about the turmoil ghawd was going through!

and go to the Anchorage temple and take a chance. She is in Fairbanks and not many with the virus there. I don't know about Anchorage. At least there is a hospital. Wouldn't be where she was headed at Denali.

When the temples open back up, they won’t have to recycle names.

All temples closed as of last night. But this sentence got to me: "closures have happened in swaths as church leaders said they were following guidance from government and health officials."

So the Q15 have to follow guidance from mere mortals on earth to determine *it's time* to shut the temples?

Clearly, there is ZERO REVELATION from the Mormon God telling them what to do. And wouldn't such revelation negate the need to follow guidance from government and health officials?

Maybe there should be a primary song created for the Q15, that isn't called ***Follow the Prophet*** but rather ***Follow Those Guys*** instead.
