Our daughter returned to Salt Lake City this afternoon. She sent a short video as she and her group were waiting inside the plane to disembark. They received a Water Salute.

After they got off of the plane, the group all received nasal swabs and blood tests. In one week, there will be another swab, and one week after that, another blood test.

She feels good, so we're keeping fingers crossed.

She had so many experiences, both sad and happy.

One of her patients was a young man in his 30's who passed away.
She tried so hard to save his life, but his body gave up. He had a couple of underlying issues, so it was more difficult for him.

When another patient had been admitted, his wife was crying because it was their wedding anniversary. She was begging to please save him. He made it.

She got to know families and made friends with her New York fellow workers. She really likes the people of New York.

IHC wants her to do a presentation on her experience at the New York Presbyterian Hospital and the equipment.

When we saw her when she arrived home, I wished I could've played the last couple minutes of "Les Preludes" by Franz Liszt!

Thank you guys, for your encouragement and support; you are the best!

coming home. I'd love to see what her presentation is for IHC. Does she have to be in quarantine away from her family?

And congratulations on raising such a wonderful daughter.

Thank you everybody.
So far, she doesn't have to be in quarantine, but she does have to wear a mask for the next two weeks.
She wears two masks at the same time. I don't know how she can breathe!
The first swab results show negative so far; waiting on the blood test.

Which NY Presbyterian Hospital did she work? Where did she stay?

Did NYC help pay for their room and board?
