Why Has an Aposltlistic Prayer not opened the DPRK or KSA to missionaries?

One would think the special prayers offered by the profit or apostles would change the hearts of these nation’s leaders.

One would expect a missionary table handing out copies of the BOM and The Miracle of Forgivenss would give great comfort to the Friday families at Chop Chop Square.

Perhaps Elder Dennis Rodman could be called to special missionary work at Camp 22.

The same reason apostolic blessings do not save missionaries or help members be healed by faith. It is God's will.

And apparently he doesn't will anything these apostles do without it happening regardless of their involvement.

They didn´t anoint the land with essential oils so the prayer lacked the real power.
