Maybe it was my upbringing in mormonism, but I think it has a lot to do with my personality.

I saved myself, ended up married to someone gay, been in a relationship with an old boyfriend for 16 years.

He had a lot of recreational sex before he married and in between his divorce and us being in a committed relationship. My husband--what can I say. I'd say at least 1000 if not more and he doesn't know the names of most of them.

My boyfriend used to brag about all the women and I told him it wasn't "attractive," that maybe we should take a break and I could go out and have sex with 20 or 30 guys and then we could get back together.

One thing I do note is that both of these men seemed to like the idea of I hadn't had sex with every guy I ever met. They both wanted someone not "soiled" I guess. It is a real turnoff to me personally. To each his own. Even if I feel that way, here I ended up with the two guys I ever dated that had sex with more people than anyone I know.

So I'm not for it.

Sex and drugs both have the potential to affect adversely many others beyond the participants. STDs and pregnancy most notably.
