No matter how you interpret various articles of the Constitution (and scholars who spend their entire lives studying the Constitution often come to different conclusions) it just seems absolutely wrong to me that will of the majority can so easily be thwarted.

The way that congressional districts are drawn, the indiscriminate use of the filibuster, and voter suppression, all keep us further away from a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
