Where I work now has inclusion groups. Today the Pride group and the Racial diversity group sponsored a chat with a black trans woman.

It is fascinating. Her grandmother was her biggest supporter. She started growing breasts at a young age though she was born male. She was born into the poorest intercity area.

What an interesting person.

She is taking about how trans people and especially non white trans people are disproportionally victims of violence.

Sad.

You can't conscientiously consider the church's and the greater society's biases against trans people anything like loving. Their love is just hate wrapped up with a cross and or an axe.

Acceptance is what I think is what they should do.

Without a revelation they can't blame God for their abuses.

When it comes to black trans people, the day will come sooner that later in which the church will get enough bad press that they will have to consult the lord and doctrine will be changed, denied, minimized, turned into a discontinued practice or something someone may have said once, an ex-mormon lie or whatever the PR department decides is needed to turn the boat around.

Until them my fellow saints, the lord will guide us and shall surely blame him for it.

The Mormon God sounds like that person in a hierarchy too big to fail. It was all the prophet's fail not his. He just basks in love and loving.

Perhaps they stopped focusing on baptismal numbers and redirected their attentions towards dividends in dollars and not souls. And thank their God for that.

Yep, Another Mormon dirtbag - though he would be one whether Mormon or not. The daughter had been molested for years - and she did birth the kid and kept it - and the family left North Dakota to move back to 'the Morridor'.

It is amazing what you can learn when you listen to people of different backgrounds tell their story.

Right? I think this why sites like Mormon stories are so powerful. Mormonism in spite of their history is an intolerant and close minded corporate offering and not something individuals can differentiate in or really allow much in the way of understanding who you are individually.

So coming out of it reading about others is like a whole new world.
