Seriously: One of my sons, and his family, now live in Tennessee. She is a veterinarian, and he is a mechanical trouble shooter for companies who need his help.


I think I have mentioned their 2 daughters to you before (both child protagies).

Anyways, he called me yesterday to tell me his latest gig, which is "mooning" someone. When he does it, his wife (trying not to laugh) says "You think your being funny, but your not!"

Then comes 'pay-day' for him: The girls' teachers called their mother to let them know how they were doing at school, which, more specifically, was "mooning" the other children.

Now--tell me the truth--you are probably laughing-out-loud now yourself--because although it is an outragious thing to do, it still remains funny.

Maybe I'm naive, but I never thought mooning was amusing, just juvenile.

My youngest, along with a friend, was sent to the office for "play fighting", which is how his teacher defined the mere poking of fingers at one another. I can only imagine what the consequences of "mooning" would be. Your granddaughters must have a very patient teacher.
