Leaving Mormonism in a Nutshell

Temple marriage is so inspiring, the videos so touching and you can't possible disagree, unless you know the truth.

If you know the REAL purpose and history of the temple marriage and if you REALLY know how those eternal oaths have changed and why, then you cannot believe it.

The same with the church's charitable donations, wonderful, unless you look at their finances.

Same with JS and his sordid affairs and rape of children and marriages to married women. Same with the so called ban.

The BOM and the POGP, in fact the entire church is undeniably true, as long as you don’t know the truth.

If you learn the truth, it becomes implausible, contradictory, seedy, conniving, dishonest, murderous, racists and evil.

The leadership quivering their chins with their platitudes and mealy-mouthed explanations don’t make it true.
