No it’s not. The bigger issue in CA is drought and water scarcity. Now they have flooding. I’m just suggesting the direct the floodwater underground instead of discharging it into the ocean.

The guy in the video is a real scientist, working on this issue in CA since the 70’s, and aquaculture all over the world, had you bothered to watch and listen to what he has to say.
