Jury Duty -> Soaking

In episode 5 of "Jury Duty," two sequestered jurors "soak" while a third jumps on the bed! One of the two soakers is a squeaky clean guy who doesn't drink (except by accident), and is usually wearing a shirt and tie. They don't say he's mormon, but it sure seems like it. Does any other population group soak? Regardless, it's bizarre to see it featured in a TV series.
