There's a certain irony about someone using a computer to broadcast to the internet about being completely natural. Not to mention eating food that comes from industrialized farms. Or drinking water that comes from industrial water processing systems. Even if it is spring water, it comes wrapped in plastic or glass, and delivered by truck.

Yes, getting old and blind does have advantages. Then I had a little bump, got the magnifying mirror out and ACK! Now I am ordering and using the good skin stuff from Korea again!
I used to live in the northern Great Plains, where winters can be seriously cold. Every year, we had a few college students (invariably male) who would wear shorts to class in midwinter.
There were shuttle busses and the buildings were not all that far apart, so as long as it wasn’t a windy day, it would just be uncomfortable.
So why did they do it? I imagine they pictured themselves as flamboyant risk takers and not just another sheep. I just thought they wanted to be the center of attention, and negative attention was acceptable.
I think something similar is at play with nude hiking, or even bringing up nude hiking on RFM.
