One of my saddest most frustrating moments in my life was when I found out that a person that had been banned for being inappropriate around scouts was 20 years later given a second chance, allowed to be a scout master and abused multiple kids.
Fortunately the first time he was stopped before any physical abuse happened. (He had encouraged the boys to skinny dip and took pictures)
Unfortunately, even though they knew of or were even part banning the person for the first incident, the powers that be gave that second chance and several kids were abused.

"While Cordon was serving as the YW General President, the church announced changes to the YW program in October 2019, including the retirement of class names Beehive, Mia Maid, and Laurel..."
The loss of the Beehive title is fairly meaningless.
At age 14, we MIA males were noticing the Mia Maids...
But my ghawd!! Losing the Laurel title really hurts.
Will this age group of young women be taught how to keep men pure...and to be prepared to serve a mission?
