Who else is watching sister wives? The family fell apart. Polygamy did not work for the Brown family. Christine is engaged to a man named David. Janelle says she wants a break and Meri has also finally moved on. Basically Kody and Robyn are the only once being married. The new and everlasting covenant of polygamy has not worked for the Brown family. Janelle has no house at all while Robyn owns a 900k house.

I don't watch the show, but I've read accounts of it. Kody does not strike me as being a suitable husband for one wife, let alone three or four wives.

This is where legal marriage comes in handy. It gives each partner in the marriage property and other rights. While divorces do not always result in a fair nor equitable division of assets, they at least give you a fighting chance at same.

I can't watch them. They got paid for being stupid weirdos. Honestly, I don't know how anyone could touch that guy. The religion makes women settle for less.

At the very beginning when he married (younger and prettier) Robyn, I knew the others were done deals. It was serial monogamy at work really.

For those women to believe that polygamy is the way to heaven, and for them to see enough in Kody to want to marry him, astounds me. He is the father of 18 children. How much financial responsibility he provides to each, I dunno. He has expressed the concept that once they reach ~18 years, they are more or less on their own. Maybe that works for them?

During a very recent episode, it was stated that there is a mortgage on Robyn's house (amount of loan is unknown).

I was fascinated and had to watch from the series' beginning. I still tune in sometimes. Now it is a sad proof or reality that polygamy doesn't work.

Finally, how can anyone "share" their spouse with others in that manner? ...taking it a step further, thinking it is going to somehow "work?"

I haven't watched it in years. Kody made me so mad in one episode that I never watched it again.

But I keep up with the news by watching a few commentary channels on YouTube. I became interested once again when it was announced that Christine had left. So now I just keep up with the news.

"The $890,000 home they bought in 2019 is worth well over $1 million now."

Both Meri and Janelle gave their money to Robyn so that Robyn could buy the house.

Most likely, they will *never* get their money back.

'Both Meri and Janelle gave their money to Robyn so that Robyn could buy the house."

That's the only way a young person is getting a house these days.

Maybe Utah culture's emphasis on beauty paid off. She definitely has a nice asset.
