Here is a tip I learned from my very sweet ex mother-in-law who was from North Carolina.

Add a little sploosh of red wine or rice vinegar to your tuna salad. It really does take it up a notch, maybe two notches.

I use mayo, a little olive oil and vinegar in mine. Yummy indeed.

Many years ago when I was cooking for a Hilton hotel, I discovered that adding a dash of vinegar to chicken salad kicked it up a notch. I think my sous chef taught met that trick.

Yes, it works for chicken too. I do the same. When ever I make tuna or chicken salad I get comments on how good it is and I tell them the vinegar trick.

Every philosophy or religion is essentially made up. Culture is a synthesis of evolving memes. Some cultures are healthier than others. Some religions actually get that, which you can tell by adherents not taking themselves seriously.
