O/T U of Washington football Huskies beat Utah UTES, 35-28

UW is 10-0, was rated #5 nationwide.

They 'keep winning' in spite of being involved in close games, some against other well-rated teams.

Nevada also has a sales tax, not much advantage there; Oregon has No sales tax & Oregon motorists can license for more than a year at a time.
Win goes to Oregon (but they have state income taxes), but not in football...
