Now I've seen everything: family skateboarding to church

So I'm at an intersection today and straight through the crosswalk comes a family of six, dad, mom, four kids, various ages but the youngest couldn't be more than eight, all riding one wheel skate boards, dressed in Sunday best, (women folk in long dresses, men folk with ties) toting scriptures headed single file to church.

DUI's and riding one wheel skate boards...the guy must have have an insane sense of balance.

But with four kids, the booze isn't hurting his bedroom performance.

Number of children is not necessarily linked to bedroom performance...

Six electric skateboards cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $10k. Sounds more like a case of arrested development rather than a case of arrested driving. Dad is an emotional ninth grader, trying to impress the other ninth graders in the ward, especially those in the Elders Quorum.

I assumed LDS as the males were wearing white shirts and carrying the ever famous scripture bag.

Every time I see or hear about skateboards, scooters, inline skates, etc., I think about how my orthopedist told me those devices are his biggest source of income.

I will be reminded of this every time I see that gang of 30 people rolling down Tejon Street at night on their one wheels. Two of them mounted lawn chairs on theirs.
