This Christmas it's important to remember that if someone criticizes your weight or what's on your plate, you're allowed to take what's on theirs and eat it with your bare hands, without breaking eye contact.

I have a rule. If someone says something rude, I make sure to say something twice as rude to them. Without breaking eye contact.

Yes, that includes family.
