She said, ”Lots of parts. Most of the parts. Just not the part that’s an asshole. That’s really the whole thing. Don’t be an asshole and you won’t be toxic. Women can be toxic too, if they’re assholes.”

I agree with her.

One of life's ironies:

The asshole and the speech hole are separate ends to the same long tube.

(If you think about it in detail, when you close your mouth and breathe through your nose, the butt/speak tube closed because the trachea is different than the tube mentioned above.)

I'm told that a fun torture was used during the hostilities between the (undecipherable) tribe of the south and the (undecipherable) tribe of the north in a land they called (undecipherable).

It's unknown which, or if both, of the tribes used.

A hole would drilled through a small stream-smoothed stone and a thin, well-waxed (not waned) leather thong tied to it. Then the stone and thong would be forced down the throat of the victim.

With the passing of time, the stone and its tether would come out the other end. The tether would be used to 'pull' through progressively thicker woven lengths until the victim's weight could be supported by the line.

When they had two victims in this condition, they'd choose two teams, one for each victim.  It's assumed (because of the mentality of those who discovered all this) that they gave each team a catchy name, placed bets, and maybe even had leagues.

The contest at hand was greasing up the leather-woven lengths and to the select different teams from each side, as in 3-man teams, 5-man teams, 7-man teams, 11-man teams, etc.  Yes, only prime number teams!

The victims were placed side by side and the competition was to make your team's victim slide farther than the other team's victim, based on each team's attempt to accelerate the victim along a fixed distance.

And if your team's victim died, that was an automatic loss, so each team did all it could to enhance the experience for the victim, even promising to set the victim free if his team won.  Experts believe this was a big fib.

Also, there's a subreddit titled AITAH, and it's a good bet that there have to be some queries that received a positive response.

Good to be reminded how naturally good people are when uncorrupted by evil western influence.

That is what life is  . . .  Parodiasical!!

There's a case that could argued that "Religion" exist because bitter people wanted to explain how everything will turn out okay in the end.

It's such a common occurrence: trying to make something out of nothing at all ... to re-coin a phrase made popular in an Air Supply song featuring the dead-end optimism of Life, versus the reality that we all die, and the vast majority don't want that to be the "end."

I submit that Life is what happens when you spend your existence waking, sleeping, waking, sleeping ... and then you sleep forever.  If someone or something is keeping score of each of us, he/she/they/it are bored to tears by now.

If success in life were all about smiling at yourself in the mirror and giving yourself a thumb's up ... mirrors wouldn't exist, nor would the word 'thumb.'

Pass the bananas, please.

I'm seeing a pattern. Does golf lead to an obsession with holes?

I was surprised "rizz" won word of the year. I really thought it would be "TOXIC". God that word has become useful for a certain type.

And for that I find the heading of your post disturbing.

Pantone can kindly sit down. I've had enough orange anything for quite a while.

Maybe we will see peach fuzz colored cars and carpets!

I'm only repeating an unsubstantiated rumor: You can download photos of celebrity peach fuzz from a Danish website, but only after midnight, their time . . .

My daughters occasionally gift me t-shirts that they think I'll like. Some of them depict Jesus in various ways, because they know how much of a fan I am. The latest one displays the words "Jesus has rizzen" along with some images of our lord and savior looking like he's trying too hard to fit in.

I had to ask what "rizzen" meant. Thanks to Christ, I now know.

You and Jesus are both pure as the rizzen snow.
