Don't rush to judgement! I care.

A group of narwhals is called a "blessing." So is a group of unicorns.

And the hits just keep on coming.....

A group of platypus is called a "paddle."

A group of hedgehogs is called a "prickle."

A group of rattlesnakes is called a "rhumba."

A group of berries is called a "cluster."

Huh. Just like an EQ meeting run by Jesus.

Who would have thought?

Excellent observation! And the red stain around their mouths isn't from berries. Its from those red pistachios.

I wonder if they play accordion music in those EQ meetings? Adding a little rhythm might help the cluster do what ever it is they do.

>> What's a group of hairy-eared men called? <<

In some countries its called a "braid" in others, its called a "wig", and in countries with men that have a lot of it, its called a "plug."

Its also been called a "filter" but Phillip Morris sent out a cease and desist letter so it's no longer used.

And I think a group of roles is called a "fatso."

LOL SD, doubt many, if any, care about my opinion :)

And yes HH, that is what a group of wombats is called. A baby is a joey. Another cute fact is that their closest relative is a koala! Koala really should be called tree wombats ;) Why were you looking at wombat things? There is a great group on FB.

I am a big fan of porcupines. Unfortunately none live in TN.

I love these terms though similar to the wombats collective noun:

NOUN COLLECTIVE NOUN USAGE EXAMPLE
Porcupines____Prickle________A prickle of porcupines
Porcupines____Bed__________A bed of porcupines
Porcupines____Rump________A rump of porcupines

A prickle of porcupines is used to describe a group of porcupines, usually when they are gathered together in one place.

A bed of porcupines is used to describe a group of porcupines sleeping together in one place.

A rump of porcupines is used to describe a group of porcupines running together in one direction.

The mechanics of cubed poops is really quite remarkable. They think it was an adaptation to help them mark territory. Cubes don't roll away.

There's mathematical proof: wombats are perfect. ❤️
From their adorable noses to their solid rumps, turns out wombats are the perfect fit for the golden ratio.
While it may look cute and fluffy, a wombat's bum is their biggest weapon. They're made up of four fused plates surrounded by cartilage, fat, skin and fur. They can use their bum to block or even potentially to crush the skulls of predators against the entrance of their burrow.

That's so interesting.
Here's a little article about some grooves in the intestine that help that happen.

Australia has some of the coolest animals, IMO.

PS: I hope your dog babies don't get jealous when you talk about wombats.

Meanwhile, the website "Request a Mormon Visit" that some of us see just before we login here just got it's First phone call...

However, that was a Wrong Number...
The excitement quickly dissipated.
