You Could See the Disgust

I had an old boss stop by where I work today.

We are in the same ward. You could see the disdain and disgust simmering under the surface of his smiling demeanor when we talked.

I wanted to ask him about it. Is it so horrific needing to talk to a former co-worker and co-ward member (still a member) who does not attend your church anymore?

I do believe I am happier, regardless.
