On a serious note, the US is now under the control of people who absolutely believe this. That's what home schooling is all about- and Mormons are in the vanguard of home schooling. In Africa it's called Boko Haram. In America it's called school choice. The net result is the same- the notion that the only valid "education" our kids need is to learn to force their religious beliefs on everyone, and anything else is demonic distraction. I do not exaggerate.
