However, I think ChurchCo has deliberately, a bit slowly eaten away at the member’s individual sense of Right - Wrong, Good & Bad…

Partly by making choices & conduct decisions circumstantial

They diluted the Honesty requirement for a TR

They no longer teach by word or examples that divorce is Wrong / of Satan as they formerly have.

Garments used to be one piece, further back to be worn 24/7/365, Even while bathing!

I’m sure there are numerous other examples too!

If you look at Kohlberg's six stages of moral development, Mormonism comes in very low on the scale, since it stresses obedience above all else, and has a reward/punishment mindset (think temple vs. "court of love".) Here is one such explanation with examples:
