Newsweek article: "How Utah became the new economic Zion"

Related to Mormon culture. Hence, state motto "Industry."

However, from my observation, Utah state (esp. Salt Lake, Davis and Utah County) is becoming more diversified (non-Mormon and non-white migrant & immigration) in the last decade and next decade, which may dilute Mormon "influence" in the future.
