Divorce was one of the best thing to happen to me. Followed by leaving the church. Next came freedom.

What's the recent history here? Divorce proceedings occuring, but your lawyer not communicating updates with you?

It can happen. In my divorce, the lawyer was on vacation. I had a week where I was divorced but didn't know if I was or not.

is that getting "divorced" is as easy as being told to get your crap out of the house and give me back my keys.

I suppose the beauty of being in a relationship

and not married is that it is easy to break up. Had we been married, this would be the beginning of lawyers and judges.

There's part of me that wants to say well I wasn't married, so this doesn't really count. Silly lesbians falling in and out of love, I feel like a stereotype. How could I be so stupid.
