Not sure what happened to it. Here are a few off the top of my head.

TBM = true believing member
DD = dear daughter
DS = dear son
DH = dear hubby
DW = dear wife
TSCC = the so called church
COJCOLDS = church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints
RM = returned missionary

Any other specific ones you have in mind?

New Order Mormon: "New Order Mormons are those who no longer believe some (or much) of the dogma or doctrines of the LDS Church, but who want to maintain membership for cultural, social, or even spiritual reasons. New Order Mormons recognize both good and bad in the Church, and have determined that the Church does not have to be perfect in order to remain useful. New Order Mormons seek the middle way to be Mormon." (definition lifted from another web page...)

I believe "CHI" is Church Handbook of Instructions.

Please, anyone, correct me if that's incorrect.

It contains all the *rules* you must follow as a Mormon - but we never get to see it. So, in theory, you can break a rule and get excommunicated for something you didn't even know was a sin. (This almost happened to me).

Only Bishops, Stake Presidents, and higher-ups get to read the CHI. It's all cloak and dagger stuff. Very secret. No wait, SACRED.

It's only an acronym if it can be pronounced as a word, e.g. NASA, AIDS or snafu, laser, nylon...

Otherwise it's an initialism.

Interesting list though, TSCC is hilarious!

I've always pronounced it "tisk" in my mind when I see it here...

Kind of like "Tsk, tsk..."
