Survey Questions

Hey I'm thinking of creating a series of survey's for my online list of friends, including exmo's, TBM's, closet doubters, and nevermo's.

What are some of your suggestions for survey questions? Questions can be open ended or include multiple choice answers.

Just random queries to analyze thought processes, beliefs, lifestyles etc.

An example would be

Did you serve an LDS mission?

How long ago did you serve a mission?

How would you describe your mission xp?
a: Best experience of my life
b: a growth experience
c: difficult
d: the worst experience of my life

Would you serve a mission again
a: in a second
b: yes
c: no
d: absolutely not

from a nevermo viewpoint....

Did a child of yours convert to mormonism?

Did he/she get pressured into it by friends and conceal his/her activities prior to converting?

Did the child refuse to discuss Mormonism with you?
