I don't believe in ghosts, but I dreamed about a ghost last night.

The details aren't important, it's just that the "me" in the dream was totally freaked out to discover a ghostly being from a different dimension was contacting me, taunting me, mocking me. I woke up agitated, with rush of fight-or-flight chemicals in my system.

Why did my subconscious put that little drama together for me? Or was the dream not really about a ghost, but about other things that taunt and mock me? Why didn't my brain give me more sex dreams instead? I like those. A lot.

What TV show did you watch last night? What did you read?

Most of my dreams are related to a "real" happening or worry but totally distorted.
