If you were to start your own cult, the commandments and Revelations you would have pretended to recieve and why.

First, my law of health would be summed up as thus. Beer is only to be drank from a bottle, never a can. Don't eat too much fatty foods. Use coffee and tea moderately, and don't drink beer from cans. Seriously, though shall not put beer in cans, nor drink beer that another has put into a can.
