I'm not known to be an animal lover, but that was moving. I love the way that guy just grabbed and saved the dog, no questions asked. And after finding out what Barney had just been through, wow, what a story.

It's even sadder. He & his mom were out for a run & a drunk driver ran them over.

Barney panicked, plunged into the sea and just swam and swam and swam. The oaf driving the car fled the scene. Barney's mom was killed.
