What would really be cool is if SCOTUS would refuse to hear it.

Then it remains unconstitutional.

The one dissenting opinion was from the Mormon. Are we surprised? Not at all.

Of course, those that had issue with the gay judge hearing the case will have no problem at all with a Mormon voting against this ruling.
