Ex-Pats, what are you doing today instead of eating turkey?

I live in Canada...typing this while I give a quiz. We had our T-giving a month ago. I like it okay, but it just doesn't fel the same having in on a Monday.

Nothing special planned today...Just another Thursday...I might eat a turkey sub, that's about the extent of my celebration.

But I could really go for a plate of stuffing right now.
