That would prove once and for all that the church was really only interested in improving downtown salt lake and not in amassing a ton of money. Of course, knowing the church, this will never happen.

Translation: "We'll use your hard-earned dough any way we please, and you forfeit any right to complain about it."

Y keep saying "nobody knows wht the LDS HQ in SLC does with their member's tithing money".
Even my TBM wife struggles explaining the Mormon Mall. She keeps repeating "the LDS Church must plan on using the money made at the mall for worldwide humanitarian aid and charity."

Why is she repeating it? Because she doesn't believe it and is desperately trying to convince herself. She might even be totally shocked because of how the church leaders are abusing the members' trust.

I dont think even she believes in the Mormon Mall. It has a seems like evangelical megachurch, con-artists, look written all over it.

If the prophet looked like Paul Newman, it would be a lot easier to watch conference! They wouldn't have to spend so much time trying to coerce the women to go along with the prophet.
