Here is the scenario...

John Doe is a non-member. He dies at thirty-six due to sudden illness. John had a TBM sister who decides to submit John for LDS post-mortem baptism, and endowment voodoo.

Since John is not over 110, would the LDS crutch include John among the 12+ million members after his work had been done (at least until his 100th birthday)?

No - At least it will not show on local records (unless they've changed that the las 10 years or so), but what they do higher up in the morg, well who knows for sure?
