Scientologist documentary on UK BBC (link). Many parallels to Mormonism and

some very similar and very extreme in some areas.

For Instance withholding information because 'members/recruits' are not yet spiritually ready for such! They keep things 'secret' (sacred if you like :)) ) and only those climbing the Scientology ladder get to know and they don't discuss it in church ( temple stuff similarity!).

They claim to be the fastest growing church!?!!
They claim it improves peoples lives and do good charitable deeds!?!?!?

margie, thats exactly what I thought/noticedand the many similarities were chilling!

I'm not sure that it is viewable in the US as a Mormon friend told me she couldn't get access to it so I presume its only viewable in the UK.
