Question about Proxy Endowments

When people do proxy work in the temple, do they wear name tags of the people they are doing the temple work for?

No, they just give you a little slip of paper w/the person's name on it.

Then they tell you the super secret special name of the day and you have to remember it to get through the magic curtain.
