I have severe DSPS - Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome, which is very real, and genetic. It often begins in adolescence, and can be diagnosed by a doctor specializing in sleep disorders, who are often neurologists or pulmonologists or other doctors who specialize in sleep medicine. Regardless of what your problem is, it would be best to discuss it with a doctor.

It could be the pills, but if you have another condition it can be dangerous. When I have prolonged nausea it is a seizure, and stimulants are seizure triggers. Either way nausea is not a good thing, because you need to eat, and be healthy to function.
If not a doctor, can you talk to a school nurse about this treatment from your family?
