The complex present and the quick fixes - all the isms

Mormonism, many religious cults, fascism, socialism, liberalism etc etc All -isms presents a form of time-plan that includes sacrifices that will lead every participant closer to some perfect utopia/heaven and so on.

Liberalism/Libertarianism/capitalism - just cut costs (outsourcing, slash minimum-wages, cut benefits and healthcare) and everyone will benefit long term.

Socialism - accept the proletarian dictatorship and the perfect communist-society will come.

Mormonism and religious cults, follow the many theocratic rules and you will get to heaven.

What about the present? The present is the greatest mystery. If I go out tonight and have a chat with random people I will find many people that have lots of knowledge about the future, its aims and goals. But I can not find anyone that will present a detailed explanation about the present for me.

What is the present?

The feeling I get is that the present is what we all got.

The here and now.
