I know that protestant clergy learn a certain amount to be regarded as qualified for their profession.Catholic priest probably learn more general philosophy.Mormon bishops and leaders learn nothing in this regard,though they might be a lawyer or accountant.

Greek and Hebrew wouldn't be helpful to a mormon leader. One learns these languages in order to better understand the bible.

Besides it would not be useful in counting money. Hence businessmen, lawyers, rise to the top in mormonism, not theologians.
