May 5th 2013- Southern Utah Ex/PostMormon Lecture Series will examine LDS Apostle Jeffrey Holland's view on the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon.

Apostle Jeffrey Holland speaking of those who leave the Church:

"If anyone is foolish enough or misled enough to reject 531 pages of a here to for unknown text teeming with literary and Semitic complexity without honestly attempting to account for the origins of those pages somehow, especially with out accounting for their powerful witness of Jesus Christ and the profound spiritual impact that witness has had on what is now tens of millions of readers, if that’s the case, then such persons elect or otherwise have been deceived. And if they leave this church they must do so by crawling, over or under or around the Book of Mormon to make their exit."


In the context of analyzing the creditability of testimonial evidence, LDS Apostle Jeffrey Holland’s view on the truth of the Book of Mormon along with statements made during the BBC interview will be examined.


We will also have a look at the latest Church membership numbers.


The Southern Utah Ex/Post-Mormon Lecture series will be held Sunday May 5th, 2 PM at the New Lexington Hotel- 850 S. Bluff St. St. George Utah.


This lecture will end our spring lecture series, taking a break for summer, resuming in the fall.


Come enjoy the flavor of Mormonism and visit with like minded people. Refreshments provided by the Southern Utah PostMormon Association.

Is there any way you could skype it or have it on google hangouts or 'video conference room'?

Or even video it and put it on youtube?

I, and I'm sure others, would love to participate/watch by skype/google; go to meeting etc.
