The sanctimonious moms of the devil aren't going to be happy until they have sexualized the entire earth. I say pull that Stonehenge sized megalith from their asses and they might be able to see that they are the only ones who see sex in everything.

Actually, I agree that the changes to Merida are problematic. Why? Because the original Merida is a young teen with wonky hair and a spunky attitude. The new version is older and sexier. The whole point of Merida was that she was different because she was, well, brave -- and didn't need rescuing by a prince. And that seems to have disappeared in the "makeover" that gives her sexy, touseled hair and an hourglass figure.

Hmm not sure I even see much of a difference. It's not like they drew a bikini and huge boobs on her. One is a computer image and one is a drawing. They look practically identical to me. Seems like the people who are wringing their hands over this have way too much time.

I loved Merida, the messy, wild, adventurous Merida. But I don't think there's anything wrong either with dressing up every once in awhile if that's what you want to do either.

To be clear, I don't give a rat's ass about the cartoon or the character's development or attitude. I find their response to aesthetical changes to a drawing to be perverse and unnatural. Their rush to judge everything as sexual is the outgrowth of the repressive culture that they embrace. Just as many LDS men act out by treating porn in an unhealthy nature, LDS women act out by sexualizing everything.

Their righteous judgement is sticking out of their ass, yet they sanctimoniously complain about a little girl's shoulder and her sultry eyes.

By the way THEY is defined as the parents described in the article.
