The LDS church and Catholic church are set up so differently that I don't think you can really compare their clergy's positions in any meaningful way.

If I were trying to compare I would got with the 1st quorum of the 70 as beeing the equivalent of a cardinal.

Here's what I would say (with some variation in relative power between levels):

Prophet = Pope
Apostle = Cardinal
Seventy = Archbishop
Regional Rep = Bishop
Bishop = Priest

Here's my take:

Prophet - Pope
Apostle -- The Curia (Vatican insiders)
1st Quorum of the 70 -- Cardinals
2nd Quorum of the 70 (area 70's?) -- archbishops
Stake President -- bishop
Stake Presidency -- monsigneur
Bishop -- priest

This sounds like a comprehensive equivalent of the ecclesiastical authority comparison of both churches.

The General Authorities include:
President/First Presidency/First Quorum of Seventy Presidency/First Quorum of Seventy

There are more Seventies listed, and I expect to see more added.

Here are the LDS Church leaders listed in the top leadership. Pictures included! :-)

That's great! I think you're right. Now do the same thing for the Orthodox church.

The Orthodox Church is not centralized like the Catholic or LDS Churches, and there is no pope/prophet authority figure. There is an honorary position given to the "Ecumenical Patriarch" but it isn't an authority position. He's more like a grandfather to the Orthodox Church throughout the world.

120 voting cardinals for greater than 1billion catholics worldwide
Compared to quorum of 70 for 15million total lds

A catholic cardinal has coverage for 10 million catholics except in italy which has close to 30 cardinals but usa for 100million catholics has less than 10 voting cardinals

7 million mormons, the 15M total that they claim includes a million or so non-existent/dead "people" and 7 million ex mormons.

They would be vicars, in the sense that their authority is temporary and representative. They do not hold any actual authority unless directed by the quorum of the twelve. I guess you could call them apostolic vicars.
