Obituary: "Proud of his membership in the church of cheese and rice..........

Ok, every month I fear I am moving farther away from Christianity but...........

This obit bothered me. Is this how they are training their members? No mention of Christ or God. Only the membership in tscc. I guess that is your ticket into 'heaven'. Nothing else needed. A list of all his 'callings' followed his proud membership.

That line bothered me today and it says a lot. And they say they are Christians.

(Oh, I see now. The apologists will say he stated he was a member of Christ's church. I missed it since all I see is a cult).

Yeah, that bothers me too

Some of the obituaries, even some of the gravestones, are all about Mormonism. Not even the good they did as Mormons but how obedient they were as Mormons. But what else can you expect, I guess - sigh.
