Hmm.. for some reason I'm unable to contact certain TBM family members.

Usually, when some big statement gets made in General Conference, I get a call from them to tell me about it. A temple was just announced in Indianapolis where my TBM family live. No calls? This is highly unusual.

So, I've been calling around the last couple of nights, and I can't seem to raise anyone.

Oh, I'm not gay.

I've just been hassling them about it for years since Dad got made an Evergreen moderator and started bringing it up all the time. Mom asks me if I'm gay though from time to time. *sigh*

Think of it as a respite. Perhaps they are finally letting it sink in that "good news" for the cult, is really "bad news" for the rest of the world. A light is going on.

have any family members of mine called me either.

None of my kids have called either. Kids I was with at the time of BKP's address,looked embarrassed and didn't say anything.

We talked for over an hour and not a single mention of anything Mormon. I was impressed.
