I did it! I began the process!!

I started writing my autobiography.

I'm proud of myself for beginning this. My wife and family have been telling me I should do this for a long time now. I finally felt the urge.

My working title is "Through The Eyes of Dionysus".

I'm going to tell my story in pieces. Ecstasy and agony. My experience through the lense of bipolar disorder and ptsd.
