So we are going to do it, what I suggest is that we discuss it again nearer the time, so I will post a message on the subject around new years time. Venue wise I am thinking a Wetherspoons, maybe in the 'city' (Liverpool Street or Gracechurch Street) as they wont be that busy on a Saturday. You can also have a function room there for 'free' as long as people buy some food. Speak soon!
