My experience was most men didn't do their assignments. I had one HT in over 10 years at my current residence. He was actually a good guy who actually would do anything to help out. The women seemed to do slightly better. I told the VT's to stop coming. Every time new ones are assigned, the cycle continues. I DO NOT like this idea of ministering.
