and I was watching "King Ralph" this week wondering if he was still with us.

On the Johnny Carson show once he spoke of fame:

When the public loved him the London papers wrote rave reviews about what a brilliant "British Actor" he was.
If he got rowdy in a pub enough to attract public attention the papers called him "that Irish actor".

He is brilliant in his craft with a ready wit that does not take himself too seriously.

He is missed.

Sorry to hear it, as an actor he had no competition. Such unbeleivable difficult roles, and yet he pulled them off!

I can't think of a movie -

he made that I didn't enjoy. One of the lesser known kinna schlocky ones was High Spirits. His dialogue with his dead parents was hysterical.
